What Happens At The First Meeting?
At the first meeting, we'll take the first few minutes to get to know each other, review your goals speaking or rebranding goals and develop a plan to meet them.
If you have materials ready to go, we'll start our deep dive consultation. You'll present what you have, I'll take notes, and when you've concluded we'll discuss the sections of your materials that adhere to effective storytelling and audience engagement principles, and focus on the areas that could use improvement. Throughout, I'll provide you clear examples of and practical tools for how to improve.
If you don't have any presentation or marketing materials for review, we'll start brainstorming topics and themes of interest, and begin to "Build The Sandwich" for one of these ideas with your target audience in mind. We'll outline a clear and enticing introduction, identify your compelling content points, and determine the best conclusion that leaves your audience wanting more.
After this first meeting, if you feel you have received everything you need to move forward, there is no obligation or pressure to continue working together. Should you wish to continue building upon the work we have done together, then we'll proceed with next sessions.
What Happens After The First Meeting?
Meetings go 60 minutes, where I'll create a strategy to address each aspect of your speaking or branding needs.
Each presentation consultation, or speaking coaching, session is sequential, building on the last until the perfect presentation is crafted and/or speaking skills are acquired: this process is what I refer to as "Building The Sandwich." These sessions can be done in person or virtually by Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet Up, or similar means.
In regards to branding projects, after our deep consultation dive I will start the rebranding work and execute a final project based on your needs (a minimum of 48 hours is typical turnaround time).
